Nuit Blanche

The most-awaited event of the year is making its return on September 23rd! This annual city-wide celebration of contemporary art transforms the streets of Toronto into an expansive sundown-to-sunrise exhibit. For one sleepless night residents and visitors are treated to a myriad of art installations, performances, and interactive experiences created by local and international artists. This free event, which has grown in prominence since its inception, invites everyone to experience Toronto in a different light, emphasizing its commitment to culture, creativity, and communal spirit. Halloween Nights of Lights & Pumpkinville

The Halloween Nights of Lights is coming back this year on September 30th and will go on until October 31st at the Scarborough Town Centre. It is one of the most immersive Halloween experiences in the city, and with 1.5 million LED and RGB lights animated and synchronized for this year, it’s bigger than ever. One of the new experiences for this year includes Pumpkinville where you can walk through life-sized pumpkin sculptures and a whole village! There will also be a licensed bar area, amusement rides and games, food trucks, and dog-friendly dates. This festival is the perfect place to get in the festive spirit!

Woodbridge Fall Fair

The Woodbridge Fall Fair is back this year and you can enjoy three whole days of fall-themed fun from October 7th to 9th. From Ferris Wheels to carousels, this fall fair offers you a wide range of rides and games to enjoy. They also host competitions under categories like agriculture, art, culinary arts, floriculture, antiques, elementary school arts, photography, and needlework and you can submit your entries on their website. Whether you’re a participant or a spectator – it’s an enriching experience to see everyone’s performances and entries. You can also participate in pumpkin painting (one of the many activities on site) to truly revel in the fall festivities!
