We will also remove your existing flooring materials and install new high-quality laminate flooring. Your condo will also be professionally cleaned from top to bottom. The cost for a Basic Reno starts at $6,900 and comes with a 1-year limited warranty. Standard Reno

If you were hoping to refresh your bathrooms as well, you’ll definitely be interested in the Standard Reno package. This involves a fuller renovation and includes having your bathrooms completely redone. As bathrooms are small spaces that are used frequently, they tend to show wear and tear quite easily. This makes them the perfect candidate for an update, especially if you might be thinking of listing your condominium for sale in the near future. Bright, sparkling bathrooms equipped with the latest features and fixtures absolutely appeal to buyers. The Standard Reno package includes all the work mentioned above, as well as a complete overhaul of your bathrooms. We will remove and install new bathroom floor tiles, wall tiles, bathtub, vanity, mirrors, faucets, fixtures, and toilet. It’s a dramatic update that will really modernize your space. Prices for a Standard Reno begin at $18,900.

Full Reno

For a thorough, top-to-bottom renovation, you’ll want to select the Full Reno package. With this option, every inch of your space will be made new again, including a stunning designer-inspired kitchen. Building on all of the features included in the Standard Reno package, the Full Reno includes new kitchen cabinets, countertop, and backsplash installation. This is a complete refresh that will have you seeing your home in a brand new light. The cost for a Full Reno starts at $26,900.
